Emergency Services

The Emergency Department is a state designated Level IV Trauma Facility staffed 24 hours a day with physicians and Registered Nursing staff specially trained in pediatric and adult trauma care. Our medical staff is also trained and certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and knowledgeable in administering TNK-nase for heart-attack patients. While we can meet most medical and surgical trauma needs, a helipad is located just outside of the Emergency Room should a patient require air-transfer to a major trauma care facility.
