Today I went to Alvord Elementary School to help Janna Hobbs, RN our Cardiac Program Director present a very important award to Ms. Clark, the school nurse. We were joined by all of the 5th grade students!

Ms. Clark was the first recipient of Wise Regional Health System's 'Heart Aware Recognition Award' which recognizes outstanding community members whose
early intervention and awareness of cardiac symptoms helped save a life. Congratulations Ms. Clark!

Working for Wise Regional is really fun! Everyone has been so nice. Today I went to a nursing job fair in Fort Worth to meet some potential new employees.

Hi everyone!
Here are my photos from my first day on the job at Wise Regional. I flew in on the LifeStar helicopter at the hospital's annual health fair on Saturday, October 18. I was greeted by lots of local kids and my new mascot friends, the Decatur Eagle, the Springtown Porcupine and the Paradise Panther! I had such a great time and I can't wait to see everyone again soon!
