Associates of Business majoring in Health Information Management (Registered Health Information Technician – RHIT) or equivalent.
Bachelor of Business or majoring in Health Information Management or equivalent (Registered Health Information Administrator – RHIA), an advantage but not essential.
Two years of recent experience in a hospital setting, including Medicaid and Medicare billing.
Knowledge of procedural and diagnostic coding systems and medical terminology.
Completion of a recognized ICD-9-CM coding course with achievement of a high standard of accuracy or proven record of ICD-9-CM accuracy by a Wise Regional Health Systems workplace Senior Clinical Coder.
Certification as a procedural coder or working toward certification an advantage but not essential.

Behavioral Health Services Therapist—PRN Days vary
Bachelor’s degree required; Masters degree preferred in social work or related filed; LPC, LBSW, LMSW or LMFT preferred

EDUCATION - GRADUATE OF AN ACCREDITED CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT PROGRAM. MUST HAVE OR BE ELIGIBLE FOR TEXAS STATE CERTIFICATION AND LICENSE. MUST HAVE CPR CERTIFICATION. EXPERIENCE PREFERRED BUT NOT NECESSARY.

Dietary Diet Aide Full time & PRN
High school diploma or GED required; one year experience with quality food preparation for food services preferred, experience with basic computer programs preferred.

Medical Records File Clerk I—Full time 8:30 – 5:00 Mon. – Fri.
Education equivalent to the completion of high school; knowledge of basic clerical and communication principles generally acquired through a high school education.

Front Desk Attendant – Part time shift starts at 5am Monday – Friday and alternating Saturdays.
High school diploma required; must be working towards exercise degree

Job summary: Licensed Vocational Nurse/Certified Pharmacy Technicians ( LVN/CPhT ) assist pharmacists in preparing and distributing mediations, maintaining the drug inventory, and maintaining patient records. LVN/CPhT’s work under the supervision of a registered pharmacist. They do not perform duties that can legally be performed only by a registered pharmacist.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The CNA/PCA provides assistance with the activities of daily living for Adult and Geriatric psychiatric patients. This assistance and bedside care is rendered under direction of a licensed nurse. The CNA/PCA participates in the nursing process by assisting the licensed nurse through communication, observation, and implementation of care of a group of patients. The CNA/PCA will perform duties in a customer friendly and safe manner.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
Directly reports to Licensed Nurse in charge of patient care, or Charge Nurse.
Directly supervises no employees

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Positive, friendly attitude
2. CPR certified
3. Good communication skills
4. Unit specific competency training and evaluation, including management of aggressive behavior.

PREFERRED:
1. HS graduate or GED
2. Previous clinical experience

Phlebotomist PRN
High school diploma or GED required. Successful completion of a Phlebotomy and/or Medical Assistant Program preferred or at least six (6) months experience as a Phlebotomist in a hospital, clinic, doctor’s office, etc. is required.

Physical Therapy Tech—FT
High school diploma or GED preferred; superficial knowledge of patient care and some knowledge of anatomy and physiology preferred.

WCCA Receptionist—FT Mon. – Fri. 8:00 – 5:00
Excellent communication and customer service skills required; computer skills required; knowledge in the use of basic office equipment required, including but not limited to fax machines, copiers, scanners & multi line phone systems

Behavioral Health Recreational Therapist—FT
Sun. – Thurs. 8:30 – 5:00
Bachelor’s degree in Recreational Therapy or various creative therapies required. If degree is in another field proof of experience related to recreational activity therapy required

Wound Care Registered Nurse full time
License RN; CPR required; previous experience in Wound Care preferred.

Med/Surg RN—FT 7a – 7p w/rotating weekends
Licensed RN; CPR required, Charge Nurse exp. preferred; Pediatric exp. preferred
