"I believe that all children deserve love and respect. I feel that all children should be nurtured and encouraged to fulfill their full potential in our community. This includes not only those children who are completely healthy, but also those children with chronic medical conditions like asthma, diabetes and cerebral palsy. True health includes a healthy body, mind and soul."

I also work closely with specialists at Cook Children's Medical Center and other metroplex children's hospitals for those patients who may need specialized pediatric care (Cardiology, Endocrinology, Surgery, etc.) or an intensivist.

THINGS I ENJOY ABOUT PATIENT CARE:
I enjoy following a newborn or young child's growth and development, watching them meet new milestones and explore their environment. I enjoy working with families to ensure that a child's physical, mental and social needs are being met. I love seeing healthy babies and children, but I also welcome the challenge of treating those children who have chronic illnesses or special needs, as they present my staff and me with new opportunities to learn.
