Background & Education

Dr. Edwards brings with him a reputation of being a very caring and trustworthy physician with his patients and the hospital staff in Ft. Worth and will be a wonderful addition to Wise Regional’s physician team and to our region.

Dr. Edwards is married and enjoys the outdoors, especially spending time at the lake and water skiing.

A Texas native, Dr. Edwards was awarded his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and continued his training at the University of North Texas Health Science Center, where he received his degree in Osteopathic Medicine. He will complete his residency at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth in July.

I am excited about working in a smaller community so that I can spend more time with my patients and get to know them on a personal level.
