Biography

Dr. Hoover was born in Fort Worth and lived in the area until the 6th grade, when he moved to a remote area of Mexico with his family to do missionary work until his senior year of high school. He returned to graduate from Azle High School before going to medical school at Texas Tech University. He is currently in private practice in Rhome, and he lives in Newark with his wife and two children.
