Respiratory Therapy

The Respiratory Therapy program at Wise Regional Health System offers 24-7 outpatient services. Therapists offer extensive one-on-one patient education, which helps patients recover quicker and ensures better outcomes once the patient returns home. The program works closely with the Phase II cardiac rehabilitation program at the hospital and also offers a smoking/tobacco cessation program.

The program is continually looking for ways to improve its services and assist patients with new advances in respiratory care while continuing to build a fleet of ventilators to meet the increasing needs of the growing community.
