NEW! Max Tensity

Come one, come all. We are taking it to the extreme! This is an intense cardio class that combines spin, plyometrics, and MAX fitness all in 45 minutes. Let take it to the MAX!!

NEW! Warm Yoga

This class combines yoga with warm heat to really benefit from Increased Vitality, Weight Loss, Detoxification, Increased Mental Clarity, and Reduced Stress. This class will meet in the straps room located by the Fit-N-Wise front desk.

Step

This class mixes dance choreography with a great step workout.

Power Hour

This class is “JAM” packed full of cardio, muscular conditioning, and functional exercises all rolled into one hour!! It will challenge any fitness level so come feel the POWER and get your sweat on! (If you are new, feel free to come see the instructor before class to put your mind at ease and this is EXACTLY where YOU need to be!)

Kettle Cardio

This is a class that uses Kettle Bells along with various equipment to get a great cardio/strength/endurance workout!

Body Burn

This class is taught with muscle confusion in mind to make it a great class to add to your fitness regime.

Kardio Krazier

This is Cardio Crazy TIMES 2! This class is designed to challenge anyone who has been working out for a while and is ready for an intense cardio workout. When the weather is nice we will be spending some time on the field on the northwest side of the hospital. Otherwise we will meet in the group exercise room. THIS CLASS IS NOT INTENDED FOR PEOPLE WITH A PHYSICAL LIMITATION.

Cardio Yo-Ga

This early morning class features a quick cardio workout followed by a Yoga segment. The perfect combo!

L.A.S Boot Camp

This class will meet in the straps room located by the Fit-N-Wise front desk. Class consists of agility drills, group work, and total body exercises. We will combine exercise, motivation, and good nutrition tips to help you push yourself to a new fitness level.
This is a specialized class. It is $1.00 for members and $7.00 for non-members.

Spin-n-Sculpt

Burn some serious calories! The first half of class uses 5lb. dumbbells to work the arms while spinning. The second half of class will be toning the lower body, abdominals and back.

Fat Burning Frenzy

This class is a high-intensity, fat-burning cardio workout designed by Veta. Come give this class a try and torch some calories!

Cardio Sculpt

This class is a combination of cardio training and body sculpting using light weights and high repetitions. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned gym rat, you will love this class!

Cardio Crazy

This class is designed to challenge anyone who has been working out for a while is ready for an intense cardio workout. When the weather is nice we will be on the field on the northwest side of the hospital. Otherwise we will meet in the group exercise room.

Shut-Up and Ride

This is an intense, hour and a half long spin class for people who have been going to regular Spin classes for some time and our ready to be challenged. This class is not for people just starting their workout program or people with a serious medical history (ie. High Blood Pressure, Heart Problems, Hypoglycemia, Diabetes etc…)

All in One

Saturday Morning Step has morphed into something totally new and different. We combine step, spin and body strengthening exercises into one hard workout. Come join the fun!

Yolates

This class is a stimulating combination of both Yoga and Pilates.

Core and Stretch

This class will focus on abdominal and back exercises using various tools like the Fit ball, BOSU, and Therabands. It will also include flexibility training. Perfect to finish up your early morning workout.

Just Stretch

Just like the name says! Come in after your workout or just stay after working out with Veta.

Pilates

If you are ready for something new and challenging, this is the class for you. This class will use classic Pilates techniques to help you to achieve a stronger core.

Spin

Spin is cycling to music and so much more! Your legs will become stronger and your cardiovascular fitness will improve as you muscle your way through this challenging class. This class can be modified to your own fitness level.

Body Sculpting

If you are ready for something new and different with quick results, this is the class for you! Join Lorna in this strength workout using Therabands, dumbbells and step.

Kickboxing Boot Camp

This class is a high intensity class involving strength training, kickboxing, and cardio all in one.

Boot Camp

This class is divided into 2-3 minute intervals alternating cardio with strength training. It is considered a high-intensity class so each member is encouraged to go at his or her own pace. This class is not recommended for beginners.

Yoga

This class combines traditional yoga postures with modern fitness moves and is a necessary supplement to everyone’s workout.

Senior Group Cardio

This class is held on the Fitness Floor. Their will be an instructor present to assist members with their workout. This class consists of a variety of cardio exercises using machines such as Nu-Step, Upper Cycle, the Combo Bike and Treadmill.

Silver Sneakers ®Yogastretch

Yogastretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and rage of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Silver Sneakers® Muscular Strength & ROM

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Zumba

If you are looking for a change in your workout routine, come join us for fun and chorea-graphed dance routines.
Latin-type Dance class. This is a specialized class. It is $1.00 for members and $7.00 for non-members.
