Watch Jason Finkelstein, MD of Advanced Heart Care as he talks about his role in providing cardiac procedures for two brothers from Grenada in July 2010. Through the volunteer efforts of Wise Regional Health System in Decatur, Texas St. Jude’s Medical Center and Dr. Finkelstein, Albert and Arnold Collins were able to undergo a defibrillator replacement and a cardiac catheterization, respectively.

Wise Regional is proud to announce the publication of the 2010 Community Report, based on 2009 Cumulative Data. The report, published on an annual basis, summarizes the activities that are helping to build a strong foundation for our hospital’s future. Wise Regional had a very busy year with the opening of four, new satellite facilities and continues to grow our programs and services in addition to adding a number of physicians to serve our community. Wise County Health Fair

Make plans to attend the Wise County Health Fair, hosted by the United Way at the Decatur Civic Center on Saturday, April 24 from 9am-1pm. Dazzle Me Pink Success

The “Dazzle Me Pink” fashion show fundraiser held on April 7 was a huge success and raised more than $30,000 for the Wise Regional Health Foundation’s Mary’s Gift program and the new Women’s Center. Thank you to all who attended and supported this special event!
